Our 72-Hour Rapid Install Guarantee applies only to business phone systems and components that are in stock at the time of quote approval. Special-order or backordered hardware is excluded from the 72-hour clock. The customer site must be fully ready for installation, with power, internet, and any pre-wiring or construction completed. Any delays caused by third-party work or site inaccessibility will void the guarantee. The 72-hour window begins only after we receive a signed quote and initial payment (or purchase order). This guarantee applies to projects within our standard service area (e.g., within 50 miles of Hobart, IN); installs outside this range may require additional time. Standard coverage includes system installs of up to 24 extensions — larger projects will require custom timelines. The customer, or an authorized representative, must be available on-site for installation and training within the scheduled window. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by weather, utility outages, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
