Warranty Coverage

  • Covered for hardware failure under normal business use
  • If an item is defective, Kommvia will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion

Not Covered

  • Configuration or compatibility issues
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or power issues
  • Items altered, opened, or modified after delivery
  • Labor, programming, or system setup services

Return Process

  • Buyer must contact Kommvia before returning any item
  • Return authorization is required prior to shipment
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective on arrival
  • Items returned without authorization may be refused

Important Notes

  • Phones and telecom equipment require compatible business phone systems
  • Devices are not standalone and will not function on standard analog home phone lines
  • Buyer is responsible for verifying system compatibility before purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns received after the 15-day return window
