From Nortel to Panasonic, we’ve included the most common steps to help you get things back on track. Exact steps may vary slightly by model and firmware.


Nortel PBX Systems

Norstar Systems

  • Enter Programming: Feature ** → Password: 266344
  • Navigate: Press Next five times to reach “Time and Date”
  • Set Time: Show → Change → Enter time → AM/PM → Next
  • Set Date: Navigate to Year → Change → Enter year, month, day

Meridian Systems

  • Feature **8463 → Password: 266344
  • Set time/date as above
  • Exit with RLS

Vodavi PBX Systems

StarPlus STS

  • Dial 692 → Enter date/time in format YY MM DD HH MM → Listen for tone

Infinity Systems

  • Dial **3226 → Press FLASH → Dial 11
  • Format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM AM/PM → Press Hold to save

Avaya Systems

 (Partner & Magix)

  • Use a system phone
  • Enter programming mode, then follow system-specific codes for time/date

AT&T/Lucent Legend Systems

  • Use main console
  • Follow manual to access and update time/date

Comdial Systems

 (DSU, DX120, DX80)

  • Dial 746 from extension 10
  • Enter YYMMDDHHMM → Press # to save

Inter-Tel

 (Encore, Axxess)

  • Enter codes for date/time
  • Format: MMDDYY and 12-hour time + AM/PM → Save

Iwatsu ADIX

  • Press ICM + FEAT + 64
  • Enter time in 24hr → Date MMDDYY → Save with SPKR

Mitel Systems

 (SX-50, SX-200)

  • Use console → Press Function → Dial 14 (time), 80 (date)
  • Enter time in HHMM, date in DD-MM-YY → Save

NEC Systems

 (Electra, IPK, SV8100)

  • Press Feature + 9#
  • Enter time → Use Recall to toggle AM/PM
  • Press Hold to set date (day, month, year) → Exit with Feature

Panasonic KX-T Series

  • Press Program + 0 on main phone
  • Format: YYMMDDHHMM → Use 0 for AM, 1 for PM → Press Auto Dial/Store

Samsung Systems

 (iDCS, OfficeServ)

  • Press Transfer + 200 → Passcode: 1234
  • Press TRSF + 505 → Format: WMMDDYYHHMM → Save with TRSF

Siemens HiCom

  • Menu → System Settings → Time/Date
  • Enter new values → Save & exit

Toshiba Systems

 (Strata DK, CTX)

  • Press Intercom + #652
  • Enter: YYMMDDHHMM → Press # to save
